Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. This right applies to all orders placed through this website or confirmed by telephone.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may do this by:

3. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of giving us notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returned goods must be:

• In their original unopened packaging where possible
• Accompanied by your order reference or a note identifying your purchase
• Returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Goods that have been unsealed after delivery where the seal has been broken and the goods cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened sachet boxes)

In such cases, we will assess each return request individually and inform you of the outcome within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving your valid withdrawal notice and, where applicable, the returned goods, we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day we receive the goods back (or of the day you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier).

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds include the original delivery costs (to the extent you paid them), except where you chose a non-standard delivery option.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@anklespine.world within 30 days of receipt, providing a description and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

Remedies may include repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances. In such cases, you will not bear the cost of return postage.

7. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

Since orders are confirmed by telephone before shipment, you may cancel your order at any time before confirmation by contacting us at info@anklespine.world. Orders that have already been dispatched must be returned under the withdrawal procedure above.
